Zeal means ‘Great energy or enthusiasm in pursuit of a cause or an objective’

Nothing inspires people more than a leader who is full of zeal. Their energy and enthusiasm is infectious and gets results.  When we are excited about what we do, others want to follow. A positive mindset does wonders in any workplace.

Zeal might not be a word you use every day, but it conveniently starts with ‘z’ and sums up the spirit of this A to Z blog perfectly. I’ve written quite a bit about the importance of motivating your team, leading by example and supporting people to be the best that they can be.

As this blog series comes to an end, thank you for all the great feedback and I’m open to suggestions for the next series – get in touch!
